Q: How frequently are Housekeeping Services Provided?
A: Housekeeping Services are provided daily; however, in alignment with The McCormick Resort Scottsdale’s environmentally conscious “Green” initiatives, bed sheets are changed every third day. We are proud to do our part in protecting the environment.

Q: Is Room Service available?
A: Yes. Residential Resort Villas feature fully equipped kitchens for use while in residence. As a guest in residence, you may enjoy all the benefits and amenities of our full service lakeside resort. Room Service is available daily from 6:30am – 10pm.

Q: Do we get to utilize the amenities of the resort itself?
A: Yes. We warmly welcome you to The Millennium McCormick Resort Scottsdale. As a Shores Villas guest, you may enjoy all the same amenities as our guests in residence in the resort’s standard accommodations.

Q: Is parking available/included in the rate?
A: Yes, two covered parking spaces are available for each villa. Each residential resort villa, like the resort’s standard guest accommodations are assessed, a daily resort of $15 per night that includes parking privileges, wireless internet access, daily coffee service provided in your villa, USA Today newspaper available at reception lobby living room and access to the resort’s leisure facilities at no additional cost (pool, fishing, boating, tennis, sand volleyball and 24 hour fitness center).

Q: Is there a BBQ?
A: Yes, all ground floor villas are provided with BBQ Grills. Our second floor villas are not provided with this amenity due to local fire code restrictions.

Q: Is a washer and dryer available?
A: Yes, each villa is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your exclusive use while in residence.

Q: Do I have access to the resort’s restaurants and may I charge purchases to my villa?
A: Yes. As a guest in residence, regardless if you are a resort guest or a Shores Villa guest, you have full access to all resort facilities and may charge any purchase to your villa.

Q: Are leisure activities such as Golf and Spa available to me?
A: Yes. As a guest in residence, regardless if you are a resort guest or a Shores Villa guest, you may experience 36 holes of PGA Championship Golf at our neighboring McCormick Ranch Golf Club at exclusive discounted rates, as well as enjoy the privileges of a daily spa and fitness membership at the Spa at Gainey Village, our partnering Spa – one block from the resort. At both facilities, you may charge your services and/or green fees directly to your Residential Resort Villa.

Q: How many square feet is each villa?
A: Two bedroom villa – 1,489 sq. ft.
Three bedroom villa – 2,126 sq. ft.
Three bedroom Shoreliner villa – 2,178 sq. ft.

Q: What is the bed type in each room? Is there a sleeper sofa?
A: Varies depending on the villa. Please inquire about specific bed types and sofa sleeper available. In most villas, you are provided with a King Size Bed in the master bedroom and two Twin Beds in a second bedroom (which can be joined to create a Queen sized bed type).

Q: When was the villa built/renovated? Is there Wifi available?
A: The units were built in 1975 and are inspected to maintain minimum standards, as they are all privately owned. Most Residential Resort Villas include high speed wireless Internet, please request this amenity specifically, if you require this amenity.

Q: How many bathrooms in the villa?
A: Two bedroom Residential Resort Villas have 2 baths and three bedroom villas feature 2.5 baths.

Q: How far is the villa from the lobby/pool and Piñon Grill?
A: All of the Shores Villas are within walking distance of the resort, furthest is approximately 150 yards, but exact distance is dependent upon the specific villa.

Q: Do the villas have a view of the lake/golf course? Is there a patio or balcony?
A: The exact view depends on the location of each Residential Resort Villa. However, all villas have an outdoor patio or balcony with garden, desertscape, mountain, lake or golf course view.
